中华竹鼠的谱系地理格局及其对地质构造运动和历史气候-唐利洲

中国西南部云贵高原地区复杂的地质构造运动、历史气候变化及水系变迁,是导致该地域特有物种形成与种群隔离的主要原因。本项目拟选择分布在该地区的地下啮齿动物中华竹鼠为对象,以线粒体DNA和微卫星为分子标记,采用野外调查取样与分子生物学方法,研究中华竹鼠的遗传多样性、地理种群间基因流及谱系地理结构;并结合云贵高原特有地质演化历史及第四纪气候变化,阐明不同地理种群间遗传多样性分布进化过程与历史成因以及谱系地理格局形成机制,鉴定可能对种群分化产生重要影响的历史事件,重建中华竹鼠种群动态历史、扩散起源区和生物避难所,为地质学相关假说提供可靠的生物学证据,并为现有种群保护和云贵高原区域生物多样性保护及持续利用提供重要的科学依据。
    In the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau (YGP) area of southwest China, the complex geological tectonic movement, historical climate change and drainage system evolution are the main reasons for inducing the speciation of local endemic species and their population isolation. By using field survey sampling and molecular biological methods, this project intends to adopt a combination of two selected molecular markers of mitochondria DNA and microsatellite to investigate the genetic diversity, gene flow among geographic populations and phylogeographical structure of Chinese bamboo rat (Rhizomys sinensis) that is a subterranean rodent of YGP region. In addition, the evolutionary process and historical cause of the genetic diversity distribution among different geographic populations, and the formation mechanism of phylogeographical pattern for this species need together to be clarified by means of combining with the unique geological evolvement history and Quaternary climate change of YGP. This project also aims to determine the possible historical events that could significantly affect population differentiation of R. sinensis, and to reconstruct the history of population dynamics, distributed origin area and biological refuge. All above expected results could provide reliable biologic evidence for the related geological hypotheses, and provide important scientific basis for existing population protection of R. sinensis, also for the regional protection and sustainable utilization of biodiversity in YGP area.
